College Bound Academy is accepting applications for prekindergarten and kindergarten at its Eastside and Brookside campuses and 1st, 3rd and 6th grades at its Brookside Campus. Please note, spaces are very limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ready to enroll?
Prepare – To make the enrollment process a snap, gather your required documents before you begin an application. You will need: 1. Proof of address, 2. Guardian ID, 3. Student Birth Certificate and 4. Student Immunization Records.
